AVATAR HELP

Hello again my fellow rushians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone have some suggestions for avatars?
Ive looked all over but cant find any the right size.
Would love a personalized one but im not quite the cp guru yet (lol)

1. download Irfanview from
www.irfanview.com and install it
2. find, photograph and/or scan an image you want to use as an avatar
3. open the image file in Irfanview
4. click and drag to select the portion of the image that you want to use for your avatar, which should be square (the height and width of the selection will be in the title-bar of the Irfanview window)
5. press ctrl-Y to crop the image to the selection
6. press ctrl-R to resize, and enter the size you want to use (100
pixels by 100
pixels), then click the OK button.
7. press S to save the avatar - be sure to enter a new filename. Use the jpeg image format.
8. click
here, scroll to the bottom, and click the browse button. Find the avatar file you just saved, then click the "submit" button on the page.

Finally got one, it's the Dream Theater logo w/ the naked dude looking into it..
