Not sure how the list was compiled, but they missed a ton of great album covers and mentioned a lot of garbage.

Glad Rush made it with SOMETHING (Being that they never appeared on a
front album cover as far as I know, so it was always the graphics with
them anyway.)
RIGHT ON HAIRY. The list is bullshit to me too.
I can think of shitloads of albums that should have made it.
Mainly:
1. Some Girls (Rolling Stones)
2. Weasels Ripped My Flesh (Frank Zappa)
3. Wish You Were Here (Pink Floyd) *
*original cover, with the dude on fire
4. Candy-O (Cars)
5. Blackout (Scorpions)
6. Sad Wings of Destiny (Judas Priest)
7. Hall of the Mountain King (Savatage)
8. Never Say Die (Black Sabbath)
9. Lovedrive (Scorpions)
10. Agents of Fortune (Blue Oyster Cult)
Anyway, you get the point. It's all relative.
Who decided this stuff? COMCAST? Gah.

is is gonna be Rush-laden?awip2062 wrote:Perhaps we could make our own Top 40 List here?
just sayin'....gotta keep it real, even though Rush has some good cover
art too.

Come to think of it, I gotta put the Rolling Stones "Sticky Fingers" cover
in the club too.
I have the original vinyl album with the zipper on it. It was moved, then
totally removed on subsequent editions.
