Bear and I went on a small hike Sunday afternoon. We didn't get the t-shirt, but we got these cool pics . . .

It is a trail along Barnes Creek which empties into Lake Crescent. It lies about 20 minutes west of the house on the way to the Hoh rain forest.

In fact, the trail, at the beginning, goes through a tunnel under the road we drove on!

Yup, that be the one! Rather than going to Merimere Falls, there is a side trail that winds along Barnes Creek.

The moss is a big help when you are out hiking. It tells you that north is EVERY direction!
