Well, England scrape through with two late goals courtesy of a header by the lanky Crouch and a Gerrard special at the end. Certain to progress through to the next round although forthcoming results will dictate if we face Germany (the host nation) in the next round. Still not convinced that England can deliver despite this good result. Eng-er-land indeed.

sorry to say this (well I'm not really
) but going by the game against T&T England are in trouble when they have to play the 'bigger' teams
did you watch the Netherlands - Ivory Coast game.....I dont really like football but I really enjoyed that one...I know this is a silly thing to say as they didn't win but Ivory Coast deserved to win that match
