Yep, finish the windows, put in the (right sized) side door, and install the siding in a few weeks or so. Then the furnace swap and new ducting, then this place will save money.

Then re do the bathroom.

We are going to replace it with 2 separate working windows, with a wood divided center.

True, but in this case, I am the wallet, therefore I shall lean.


I am more hands on with the siding and remodel side than replacing the windows. I am also doing the old siding removal and dump run, and dumping the windows. So I will get plenty of hands on soon.

My older brother has his own business getting the majordy of his work from the state putting in windows, doors, insulation and giving energy efficient appliances' to those that meet the guidelines. Massachusetts even gives rebates of half the cost of solar. I wish PA did I'd get some of those installed. At any rate nice to see your getting all that work accomplised, nice pixs
