I don't know if this link will count as daft (or is it the thread that is daft?) because it is 2112, but, here ya go!

I have that concert on dvd. The opening song is Bastille Day, as on ATWAS, and Alex's guitar screws him royally. The low E string catches in the pickguard and he can't quite figure out what the deal is. Suddenly he gets it and pulls the string out of "stuckdom", only to find it has made it way out of tune. I don't know about you, but I love these moments at Rush shows. With other bands they are distracting mistakes. With Rush it's, "Check it out! The Professor's stick stuck in the ceiling and he missed the beginning of that roll! Awesome!!!"

I have enjoyed seeing stuff like that at Yes concerts too. Suddenly they're humans on the stage... rather than super heroes. Good stuff.Big Blue Owl wrote: I don't know about you, but I love these moments at Rush shows. With other bands they are distracting mistakes. With Rush it's, "Check it out! This has got to be the coolest ending to a live song that I've ever seen!
(the rest of the performance is awesome as well...)
