The American league sucks anyway, bunch of pansies. The best you got year after year is the Yankees and well can you say Florida and Arizona... Can anybody in the American League get to the WS besides the Yankees, I am a Cubs fan, so go ahead let me have it... bring it on... I can take it.

I agree, I expect the A's to come out of the American. and as much as I dislike the Pats, I would like to see the Sox win the east over the Yankees. That 22-0 ass kicking from Clevland was awesome, although NY pounded them last night, not as bad as 22-0 but still bad.
Did you watch the game? Three blown calls, which were shown on replay to be blown calls....all against the A's, two came back to hurt them.
Varitek was throw out trying to steal second, but was called safe (that one didn't hurt the A's)
Bottom of the 8th, the third base ump gives Ramirez a catch on Kotsay's liner, which replay shows to be a non-catch. Hurt the A's because that should have put Kotsay on first with no one out and only down 4-3. Next batter is Byrnes who smacks one to the wall in center. Boston's CF and LF collide and go to the ground while making the catch...which would have put Kotsay at least on second with the tag-up, and only one out....maybe third since the fielders were both on the ground. Chavez and Hatteberg would have come to the plate to try and get him home.
Top of the ninth, Kotsay catches Ortiz's liner, and throws to second for what should have doubled up the runner and ended the inning for the Sox. However the same ump (who happens to be a minor league ump filling in for a major league ump), says Kotsay didn't make the catch, when replay shows he more than likely did. Red Sox go on to score 4 more runs.
Even the ESPN announcers were shaking their heads.
Don't tell me about rock and roll I'm out there in the clubs and on the streets and I'm living it! I am rock and roll!
