I tried to change my avatar, then decided better and changed it back to what it was. Now all I see is the red box. Surely I'm not so dense that I don't know how to upload a picture!!
talking about avatars....is the space allowed for them smaller this time as it says that my avatar with pink hair is too big but it was cool for the site that you mucked up

why will my avatar not work when it did in the past?
I had the same problem, Schu. I had to resize my picture (well, Pan did it for me) and then it worked. Did you try that with your picture?

The filesize limit is set to 50k. If your image is bigger than that, at 80x80, you need to get a new graphics program....like something made after 1996.
