TBH all I know about electrical engineering is, you play with circuits :P All I know about circuits is... my understanding stops around ohms law and paralell vs series resistance. I know enough to wire a guitar cab :P

HAHAHA - circuits? I can play with those at home.

I deal in voltages a little meaner than those found in electronic or
household voltages.

But, to be fair, if you understand Ohm's Law, you know more than many
licensed electricians out there.

No kidding. Some know how to wire a home to code, but know NO
electrical/electronic theory. :P

I would laugh, but I got the worst jolt of my life - on a CEILING FAN circuit.

I worked it "hot," as I was cocky from doing it "hot" scores of times
before, but this one time I was asleep at the switch (no pun intended)
and I grabbed the "hot" 120V black wire stripped area while my other
hand was on the METAL BOX.....and pffffft....arm-to-arm
shock...right through the heart.

My chest muscles hurt for three days, but I lived to tell about it.

I can also pick up Radio Free Europe on cloudy days now, through the
fillings in my teeth. :-D
Don't start none...won't be none.

Now now you know better than to work two handed with live wiring

(I have done the same as CygBro- I'll post the story when I have a chance)

Oh, that's real nice. :-D

Try not to do that again. I don't want to hear about your death.

"Raiden has the power of lightning, thunder, flatulence and of course verbal diarrhea which allow him to become one of the favorites favored by Earth." -humorous article on Uncyclopedia.org

Wait, one of the favorites favored? Who says that?

Well put!

Man, I wish there was something I could do to protect those kids.

God knows they need it.

(Especially now. ACORN is finished, and the fire is now getting
dangerously close to O's feet. I suspect someone in trouble
is going to be looking for a little payback, but I ain't namin' names.)
