Threat is a relative term.

Keep in mind that we don't wait for a first strike anymore (since 9/11).

When a threat emerges, bar-the-door Kate. It's on.

A few Rush fans recently made a pilgrimage to Morin Heights, Quebec where Le Studio is located and sadly found out that it was recently sold to build luxury condos.

Right! And look at all of the legendary artists and albums that were recorded there.

You'd think someone would want to buy it and keep the memories alive.

That really is some prime real estate. I'm sure the developers made an offer that the studio owner simply couldn't refuse.

Same thing that happened to all the drive-in theaters in my area. :(

Very true. Still, seems like the kind of silly-great thing a rock star would do just to say, "I saved it. Now proceed to rock out." :-)

Twas a gorgeous place. And so much history. Ah well...

As for drive-in's we have one in Port Townsend, about an hour away. I want to take my kids this summer. They've never been. The one in my hometown when I was growing up became a K-Mart with a HUGE parking lot before I was a teen. At least I can remember going, though.

That's sad to see, but time goes on.

One day the boyz aren't going to be touring anymore either, so there will
always be dubious milestones in life as well as happy ones.

****insert shameless Bob Seger plug now**** :-D

Turn the page....
