Mom loved ya, and I know she would appreciate this gift from you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Really.
Leaving my warehoues via UPS today kiddo.
I got a Myspace message from Bear today that the case has arrived.

But in true UPS fashion, when a box is marked FRAGILE, it arrives broken.
Hopefully the glass can be replaced rather easily. I believe the wooden case is still ok.

Oy! UPS, eh? Ah well, we have glass places in town that can cut a piece for us if we can't find one.

UPS= United Package Smashers.

I wouldn't trust them to send a granite countertop- they'd break that too!

Sorry to all the parties involved, I know it can be a PITA. A Good glass cutter should be able to help you.

I know a couple UPS drivers that, if they had known, they woulda put it in the shade, the fridge, or wherever would have been best. They quality of anything always comes down to the person doing the job.

I shipped a blower wheel out UPS last year and it came back "Customer Refused Shipment" to me. It had a footprint on it that was not on the box when it left my warehouse. We tried to file a damage claim and this was UPS's responce......................."Insufficient packaging." :shock:

HELLO................. :shock: ...................FUGGIN FOOTPRINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :x

It's like shootin craps.

I would have gone to UPS' office and given them a matching footprint on their ass.

Yes, put a footprint on them that matches the one on the package.
