It just occurred to me that if there weren't so many cars and trucks on the road, I could safely ride my bike to work. It may take a while longer, but what a wonderful way to start the day. So when 4pergal becomes 12pergal I'll try to look at the bright (or not so dark) side.

If you squint, that almost qualifies as a win-win.

I would love to ride my bike to work. But I live 20 miles away. With having to get my daughters to school and stuff, there wouldn't be time in my day for that kind of commute. It'd sure get me back in shape though!
