Hey, the kids are in more danger from each other than they are the poor wee spiders, to be sure! Also, the kids weren't allowed to hold the spiders, just look, and touch St. Mary's abdomen VERY CAREFULLY with ONE finger. Besides, the student I'd have loved to have taken out with a fanged predator moved out of state.

She's fired.
LOL! Did you notice what's on her left shoulder? That's St. Mary's mate, Bob!
I know a few folk who'd be drinking something a LOT stronger than soda if they were in her shoes!
I know what you're saying Pan....My best bud has one, but I don't
hurdle fences to hold it...I keep telling him he could saddle it and
ride it...
That is why there are 7, count them, 7, threads about football, and it keeps spilling into all the other threads.....................ok, not ALL of them, but close enough. Not to mention all the other spam tossing and blarg hohehohehumhumhumlateedah!!!
Well, "brave" is one way of putting it--"stupid" might be another! I had a whole roomful of 7th graders looking on! No way could their teach NOT hold the spider, sayin'?
Enchantment falls around me and I know I cannot leave...
