I prefer to go barefooted. I like to feel the earth beneath my feet, not some stupid bit of plastic or rubber or whatever.

Gina and I seen Rush four times on the vapour Trails tour.
This time around we have discussed traveling abroad for a week.
An extended vaction and incorporating a Rush concert in the process.

I am NOT a hippie! I grew up with those, and my mom was a Flower child (yes, there is a difference!).

metalhead who was raised on Country-Western, folk, blues, classical and jazz at home. I heard all the hippy stuff at the neighbors' houses.

You know what trees are for? On our property a tree is only good for one thing: becoming firewood! Sure they look pretty while they grow, but once they start to decline or they actually have the audacity to fall down, they are goners! And, truly they will never ged to the fall down stage once my hubby geds caught up with all the stuff that was already on the ground or nearing death when we bought the place.
Wanna hear what I think about whaling or spotted owls?
