I am truly sorry that you are insulted by this comparison. As you know, I likes you a lot and consider you an awesome friend. I have, however, read it through several times and find it to be, not only tongue-in-cheek humorous, but accurate.
If there is anything inaccurate about it, please enlighten me.
If you are to live your life with blind faith in something so very fantastically magical, miracle-laden and evidenceless, you kinda have to accept some healthy, logical skepticism. Well, not HAVE to, but.....just realize that I never intend to insult you or anyone of any of the thousands of faiths on the planet.
As to global warming; we, as a species, will never accept the responsibility of something of this magnitude. Nor will our egos allow us to admit that there is a possibility that we will ever be extinct.
