A sad day

My bunny has been hobbling lately, and yesterday appeared he lost feeling in his left side. This morning he was basically limp, but breathing
and trying to stay upright.

Sadly at 8 am he passed away in my arms at 10 1/2 years old.
I had taken today off to take him to the vet, and run errands.
Instead I'll be finding a spot to put him to rest.

RIP Thunder, a great bunny and a great friend!

Sorry MK. I know he was your friend.

10+ years is a long, good life for a bunny.

You'll meet again....

but in the meantime...You have more new friends to meet yet.

It's a crossroad. We all have to deal with 'em.

Sorry to hear about your bunny MK.

Our animals are like our children. He is in a good place though.

I am sorry to hear he is gone from you now, the death of a pet really stinks! but what a blessing to have him go while in your arms. You were a good daddy to him. Thanks. :)

Thanks everyone.
We buried him in the backyard last night.
Sad indeed.
Am glad he didn't suffer longer than he had to.

His life span was 6 to 10 years, so he outlived the norm,
and was basically healthy until the last few weeks.
Thanks for the support!
