There was no picture on the page when I went, just the words SofiaMari SM-2648 Piano Accordion and something about how bidding had ended. A search on SofiaMari SM-2648 Piano Accordion took me to Musician's Friend, and, I don't see anything weird about the instrument. What am I missing? :?

Oh, and what price did you ged it for?

Now that is just plain weird! Not the instrument, still don't see what is weird about that (unless yer name is Al!) but that page is not as it was last night when I went! When I went in it had the text about the bidding being done and then three pictures of other items you still bid on below.

I have no interest in playing traditional accordion music.

Are you the next Weird Al ?

I love him.

My grandfather is a huge polka guy,
so I remember some of the tunes.

Have fun with it.

The band I'm in does one Weird Al song when we play live... Lasagna (his parody of La Bamba). However, Al does a brilliant accordion solo in that song that I couldn't begin to attempt. I play guitar in that song. :)

Yes, that is a great solo.
He is a whiz on that thing.

It looks like fun though.

They're great for that.

Our band does a country song that a lot of people like called, "Love, Me". I play it in there. Also, our bass player recently got us doing "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" and I decided to play accordion in that one as well, just to give it a different sound from everyone else.

There was one time when we played at juvey and I wrote as set list with no keyboards so I wouldn't have to bring mine. But I did bring the accordion, just in case. After we finished the set they wanted more songs, so my band mates started saying, "Let's do this one" and "let's do that one", all of which had keyboards in them. So, out came the little accordion to replace all my organ and piano parts. It turned out to be a lot of fun.

Knockin' On Heaven's Door has four chords! How hard can it be?
