It has always been a dispute. some counties are not. Indiana is between Ohio (eastern) and Illinois (central) some people in the eastern part commute to Ohio for work or vice versa and people in the western part commute to Chicago to work. Since we are in the eastern part of the state, our county decided to to observe. Now it will not get dark until 10:00 this summer, which is cool. however we have to work an hour later in the summer to serve the West Coast.
