Hehehehehe...........when we walked thru the house 2 weeks ago, the lady was there and the house looked just like it does in the pix from the site. I don't see them givin us grief by taking their sweet assed time.

That's a big step....Make sure you visit some D-I-Y sites to help you fix stuff...You're gonna need it sooner or later...
I built one 12 years ago, and It's in the maintenance stage now...nothing major, just stuff that has to be kept up...Paint (we're heavy smokers), some drywall work, gonna heavy-up my electrical service for MORE POWER...(Actually, I'm building a detached garage with a mother-in law suite on top, and it WILL be used hahaha)
