Well, I guess it's all over for Scott Peterson, although with all the appeals and whatnot.... he'll be around for some time....

good. i don't think there's anything moral we could do here to get revenge for what he did to his wife & child..so i figure let's just let God handle him.

He the asshole that killed his wife and unborn child in California. He was given the death penalty. He was originally charged with first degree murder on his wife and second degree on his unborn son. You know he is SAFER on Death Row? You put that arrogant, smirking "pretty boy" cheating, murderous sociopath into the main prison population and he will suffer more than any of us can inflict on him.

You can have murderers, robbers, and rapists in a population but anyone who even TOUCHES kids is absolute TOAST. He MURDERED his own unboard son, Connor (no I won't get into abortion or life-rights here but the couple already NAMED the child and had planned his life so for all intents and purposes he was alread there--what was she 8 1/2 months pregnant?)

i think our legal system is the biggest joke. there's a woman charged w/ killing her husband & 2 children who's been on death row since the 80s. wtf?! in cases like this one where it's OBVIOUS he did it, he shouldn't be allowed to have an appeal process at all. period. KILL HIM!!

You know, carolynn, I've always been ambivolent on this subject since it is hard for ME to make a decision on life and death (some may call it a "wuss" factor) and if you believe in God then HE will make the final judgement.

It baffles me how Liberals are so quick to have it be "OK" with abortion and yet scream their heads off against when someone is to be put to death for an obvious murderous crime against another. Yet Conservatives are sooo concerned with the unborn that they would put a woman in jail for abortion yet put somone to death otherwise. I mean, death is death, no? (Again, I don't think I'm arrogant enough to decide life and death no matter what form it takes)

Howmever in this case, Mr. Scott Peterson took care of EVERYONE here and just killed everyone. Whatta prick (pardon) I mean jerk. There was NO grey area for ANYONE!!!!

I don't have the moral authority to put this man to death but somehow it is "OK" with me. He's done so much to so many people and it doesn't seem quite right that he should live.

My cousin was murdered and I was pissed as HELL! I'll go into that another time. It DOES change things though when it hits home.
