Happy St. Andrews Day!
I saw that on my calendar today and must profess my American ignorance (but want to learn). I'm sure he is the patron saint of Scotland, maybe? I just know of the famous golf course there and my da belongs to it's American counterpart here (oldest in America).
Some info, schu?

Have a great St Andrews Day. I had never heard of it before. I just read a bit on the internet. I'm not Scottish, but will have a drink (not a wiskey drinker).

Hey, thanks for the info, Schu! I had some wine for you. I know it's not traditional but there was no whiskey aboot!
It's interesting they say that it can be more celebrated by ex-patriots. It's a bit like that here for St. Patricks. We tend to REALLY pull out the stops when it's much "quieter" holiday in Ireland.
CHEERS and HERE'S to ST. ANDREW!!!
