Some of you know that I've been championing the excellent second album from the english band 'The Music' entitled 'Welcome to the North'. This has not left my pc, stereo, car stereo, work van in over a month. I find little to excite me these days in the music world but this band blows me away.
I have a thread in the 'other music' forum but as the dates are current I felt it appropriate to inform you.
Anyway, there are a few remaining dates on the North American Tour. I implore any you close by to check them out.

u2 an epic rock group? hahah, and whose jane's addiction?

Dweeb, U2 has influenced a majority of the current Christian Contemporary artists. Ask just about any of them and they will tell you they grew up with a love for U2. Or simply listen to their CDs and you can hear Edge and Bono. So, in a way, yes they are.

The irony is that the singer really does sound like our Sir Geddy of Lee and the wife thinks he looks like him as well.
I think that you may be hearing the name before long, just remember who told you first. I've just downloaded a few filmed live tracks, good stuff.

You've let yourself down SirM' . U2 are a classic band in evey sense and above criticism in my eyes. Janes Addiction are another great, very influential band...for shame.

for shame indeed! Stupid Canuck. U2 is wunnerful. Next he's gonna be saying that Pink Floyd is borring, and The Rolling Stones are lame.
