awwww cheers folks for the well wishes, pizza, beer and whisky.....but no smoke!!

I went yesterday for what I thought was just to talk to the surgeon but he decided to stick a needle in my throat to drain the cyst.....that was freaky!
He was hoping that after he drained it he would only need to moniter it for a wee while to make sure it doesn't fill back up but there's still solid matter there so he said that I'm gonna have to go through surgery after all. I've to go back on the 20th of May so get the results of the stuff that he drained. My necks a wee bit bruised and it was sore last night but it's okai the day.

Again cheers for everything you lot have helped tremendously just knowing that your all sending me cyber hugs.......thanx

Well count yourself lucky Schue. He only did it once whereas my doctor used three big needles on my throat and that was for liquid samples and to see if this thing was benign or malignant. You my friend have nothing to worry about. And yes it also caused small bruises on my throat when he did it to me.
