Been very dry here but the garden is still do ok with my occasional watering, nothing better than a soaking rain though.

I've got my first crop of tomatoes coming in! I'm so excited!!! The 90+ degree days we've been having sure has it's benefits!

My 'maters are doing good too! We've been hot as well, but just had a cool spell come in 'till the weekend...
I caught a deer eating my green peppers though...debating whether to put up a fence, or go cheap and spend a shotgun shell to have venison WITH green pepper! hahaha
j/k....Sigette will have no deer hunts on our place...(she like having nature around, and I do too, so I guess it's a fence
)

Finally got plenty of rain in the last week and getting inundated by strawberries.
My tomatoes shot up and are full of blossoms.
I was told just yesterday that cow manure keeps the deer away but never tried it as I don't have that problem. I do keep the rabbits away by planting cat nip though.
