Nobody ever pumps gas in Oregon! Even when I lived there, I never pumped gas in Oregon, even though I worked for over 5 years at truck stops and gas stations. We would wait for the customer to get frustrated and try to pump their own, then we would jump all over them for breaking our stupid little law. If they STILL wanted gas after that, we would charge them double and refuse to sell them smokes. WE smile and wave as they drove off, then curse them under our breath for being such a hassle to deal with.
