LOVE the PDA. I don't find it hard to type messages on. I tend to use the Graffiti feature, which means I actually print my text in using the stylus instead of just tapping. The battery lasts well, and I also now have a cradle for it to dock in when I am at home and not using it, and it charges when it is in the cradle.
