I figure I have enough to work on with a single pedal...and heck, Buddy, Bonzo, and Elvin played single pedal all their lives, so I figure I'm in good company.
I hear you KMSB
I've struggled with a second pedal and am seriously considering going back to the single. I just dont use it enough or even have the ability to do so.

How do you really feel, Ogg?
Hey, I like that guy! It's interesting how differently we can feel about stuff, eh?
Ok, that was just great. Funny (the guy's face, my Ged!) and he's very talented. Did the whole thing with ease AND in his office.

True, he did play a double bass set up when Zeppelin first started. From what I understand, he stopped playing a double because his right foot was so strong he could pretty much play most things with just that foot that he would play with a double.
OK...as long as we're youtubing drummbers, check out this twelve-year old! I'm especially blown away by the one hand/foot triplets he starts throwin' around at about 5:35. This clip is so not fair

Hey, a mind-boggling clip is a a mind-boggling clip is a mind-boggling clip. Have you seen the newer Royster clips on drummerworld.com? He's developed well.
I'll have to see if I can find it again but on youtube, there's a clip of Terry Bozzio and he briefly plays a 3 over 2 with his feet with fast, fast triplets in 4 with his hands. The independence (or interdependence, as Steve Smith would say) of some of those guys is just
