I had turkey n cheese sammiches a few hours ago.

I am drinking Earl Gray tea, hot, with a little sugar innit at the moment.

I had a cold cereal that had almonds and honey and corn flakes in it with soy milk on it. Gonna go ged me a fer real Earl Grey before I leave for church.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I've got some with double the oil or bergamot!

Well since Larry is out of town today they ordered out.

not overly but its smoked adn cured like bacon, very little fat, about 40 cals a slice 12 of which are from protien. Not quite the same consistency but it gets some meat in my breakfast without alot of far, good for my diet.
