Oh yeah....................UPDATE!!!!!!
The Refi went perfectly, we are in good shape. I took this week off to get going on more house fixins!!!
Today my singer Willy, and I, gutted the old shower surround, replaced the green board, and I prep primered the walls. Tomorrow we cut, fit and glue in the new surround. Then we will start on the sink and cabinet stuffs.
Marn and I will figure out a paint color later. We are also going to multi material the walls...........(Waynescoating)...................should be fun.
I am taking pix as we go, and will post them later.

'Scuse my french but remodling can suck my fukkin bhallz!!!!!!!!!!!
Busting out the tile was hell...........just to find water damage from a busted toilet flange and rotted wood. The only thing keeping the toilet from express elevatoring to the basement is the cast iron stack under it. The sub floor needs to be completely gutted and replaced.
Super tired today. I'm gonna commence to drinking now.
More later.

Well, I have to get to work again, but Willy is going to come over and try to finish up the last of the trim work. There are still other odds and ends to do, but I'm gonna have to grab that when I can. Paint and towel bars, stuff like that.
It's looking nice that is for sure.
