Thank you! There was a lot of "smoke" on the Twitter feeds that I subscribe to that the trade was going to happen - but I couldn't get confirmation.

so how many games does Meriweather get suspended for? 1 for the cheap shot and 3 for being a dumbass and telling the whole world that he will not change his style.. (note to Brandon.. I am pretty sure Roger reads ESPN.com)

$50K or about 1/10 of his of his yearly salary was the penalty.

I saw him get hurt in the 'skins game. He's tough, but so are the 'skins D
secondaries this year. They're PUNISHING people. Wow. They should
be arrested. lol

Did you notice that the Redskins D line was on their feet and trying to
confuse MANNING? I think they DID! That was crazy!

That was my kind of game. Both are my favorite teams, so (to me) there
were no losers in that game. They played each other tough, but
the 'skins had plenty of chances to put it away. Vinitieri even missed a
kick...

Good game, but I should have known better than to pick the NFC
team versus AFC.

They were playing a 2-6 quite a bit and at a couple of points I could have sworn I saw a 1-7 in there....confused the hell out of me!
