Democrats concede, will end offshore drilling ban

Well, there you go. Freedom to drill the fack outta earth and bring up all of that precious crude. It's all agreed to.
Now we can sit back and see how much profit this oily windfall will make for the oil companies as they sell it overseas. It'll have no affect on our economy or gas prices, but at least we can all stop screaming about it now, eh?

Isn't our oil supposed to be for us to stop dependency on foreign oil????

Yes, that would be nice. Sadly, it's not the case, though.

I like your optimism! And I think I want to believe they'll do the right thing finally as well. 'Course, we think things are bad now...wait a few years and this will seem like a Golden Age.

You'd THINK it would be even better, since oil is under 100 bucks a barrel
now.

It's true that oil prices go up like a rocket and down like a feather.

Why it can't go down as fast as it goes up is beyond me....

but somebody's making a assload of money over it though, and that's not
right.

Yeah, but just 4 months ago it was a dollar higher a gallon.

So far, I'm liking it.

Now if the Southeast folks could just GET some gas there they would be better.

I know Bro. I feel for those folks.

They say it's so bad that people are following gas tankers.

One guy wrote a article about LETTING gas stations gouge prices to keep
people from hoarding...I guess there ARE always two sides to every argument...

Here same as Zed. Lower if you get your gas at the supermarket gas station and use your store card. Then it's $3.15.

Don't anybody hurt me, please.
