I love you guys! You make me laugh. :-)

Thanks for hosting the pic for me, Ogg. I can't do that with my PDA.

To answer a couple of q's:
I keep everything legal. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I asked the woman who cooks our food and she said we are having halibut the morrow, but she's not sure how she is going to fix it. She's leaning toward fried. I will let you know.

Oh man, guys! The food here is to DIE for!

So fishing for, killing and gutting poor defencless creatures is fun is it?
I do like the pics but it got me thinking about the huge fish featured in the first pic. I mean, how old did he have to be to reach that size? Who cares eh? He's dinner the now :-) .
I went fishing once, off the Cornish coast many years back. I spent my time smoking and listening to my sony walkman...didnt have the heart to kill that day :-) .
I dunno, I can't watch 'Finding Nemo' with my grandson now, it will never be the same again :-D .

Poor defenseless creatures? You do eat meat yourself, don't you, Ogg? You know they are killed first, right?

The salmon I killed were heading up to spawn and die and there are strict regulations about how many fish one can take so we don't kill off the runs. One can only take three King Salmon off the river I was on each year, for example.

Rest assurred that all the fish we took will be eaten. The Fed Ex man showed up this morning and we took a break from school to get the fish unpacked and put in the freezer, but for one package of smoked salmon which we will eat as soon as it defrosts and some salmon we will have for dinner.

As for how old the huge fish was, I have no idea how long it takes to get a halibut to 85 pounds, but, once again they are strictly regulated so they don't get killed off. And, once again, mmmmmmmm.....they will be a number of healthy dinners for the family.
