Im going to have to go with moving pictures because it is the such a complete record in so many ways. It feels as if it has many of rush's music phases. It has some of the 70s in there with stuff like YYZ, some 80s stuff with vital signs (which i love), and camera eye sounds very 90s rush to me, i dont know why. Thats just my opinion.

Caress of Steel - It was their do-or-die album...
...and they delivered.
There were only a couple of concept albums out then, and while
DSOM reached the pinnacle of greatness, COS exposed Rush to
millions of future fans at just the right time.
The right album - at the right time.
IMHO, they wouldn't be here today if it weren't for COS.
Don't start none...won't be none.

My first post on this site my favourite album is Waves followed by Grace under pressure,but the 1st album i ever bought was All the world's a stage which will remain my all time favourite
(i know it's a live album and doesn't count
)
