A work chum 'Nobby Nigel' is 'John Lennon' in a Beatles tribute band entitled imaginatively entitled 'Not-The-Beatles' (
http://notthebeatles.co.uk/-Beatles tribute band playing clubs, pubs, private functions in Cornwall and the South West.). They are rather good although imo if you've seen them once...anway, their drummer could be pissing off for a bit and he's asked me to consider a summer stint with them if possible. Interesting.

Nah, Nobby's been asking me to join him for years the now. He claims he's serious this time...I'm reluctant to be honest as one is expected to dress up, wear a 'Ringo' wig and adopt the accent...yeh right!

On a little side note.....
Ringo's All Star Band either has already, or will be soon playing in the Spokane area. This will be the first time any member of the Beatles has played in this area.
