New to you guys.........some pics of my optical mission trip to Chile from October 2006 are up on the following site:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-tEz8dI3hU

This was my first attempt at a "video" with my new editing software, so be kind. No frills also because I was rushing for a presentation.

Hope you enjoy it.

That's terrific, NWM!! The first choice of song (I Can See Clearly) is one of my most favorite in the world. Also In Your Eyes. Very nice.

I did see you snuck a pic of you in that Canadian hat. 8) If you can elaborate more on the trip it would be great. I don't know if it was intended but I found the "black" at the end very poignant.

Well the black at the end was not intended, but hey if you found if you found it poignant, all the better. As I said I was rushed and didn't fill in all my song time.

My Canadian hat picture was courtesy of my Canadian roommate (the other big guy in the pic) and the lady in the picture was the other Canadian on our mission, great people by the way!

I will elaborate more about the trip soon!

What fun! Do you go to other places for missions work too, or just Chile?

Well, we can apply every year for a domestic or foreign mission. This year I applied for a domestic and I am headed to Detroit in late October!

I hope to apply for another foreign mission next year, and alternate every year if possible.

They are an experience you never forget, we helped over 26,000 people! It was hard work, but knowing you helped so many made it worth it.
