Damn, I knew I should've jumped in my car and driven 400 miles to get there :-D .
Lovely pics Schu' :-) .

After a two year hiatus my best friend/guitarist-singer-songwriter/fellow postie Dan arrived this evening to jam. Finally 'HUSK HAVE REFORMED!' and my life is almost complete. We've regulary jammed and written acoustic songs but there's nothing like full on electric geetar for getting the ole juices flowing.
Needless to say the evening was a different to say the least. Dan is waiting on a new amp so I borrowed my nephews (who came back from germany last year) only to find the power cable had a european two pin plug, we have three pins here in england. Cue a hunt for a lead, that took a while but we're both finally here so that's cool. Two broken strings and a faulty effects pedal wasted another hour so not the triumphant return that I was hoping for.
Anyway, we got in an hours jamming going through old songs and yes the magic is still very much evident. We're both pleased we got the 'first jam' out the way. I even dug out my Husk' shirt for this special occassion :-)

ps: I cropped the pic of my 'Husk' shirt to hide my face, thus avoiding the chick stampede :-D .

Did it work?

Seriously though, I am happy to hear you did this! Will you tell us about the second jam too?
