medium, use to like it medium rare but with all the concerns about enviormental stuff, I want mine done a bit more now but not burnt as that's not good for you either.

I am ok with a little pink in the middle, but if it's drippin blood the cook don't get a tip.

I dont like it dripping with blood but I do like it very very pink in the middle and little sort of veins of blood...if you know what I mean

Kind of.... flip it over in 5 min cook it for another 2 and slab er on your plate done schu's way
