(Zepboy woke me up from my nappy cuddling Dovey in front of the woodstove and pointed to a mug he had put espresso AND some blended coffee mix into.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm)

No offense to the Java Hut, sis, but I got my own espresso / cappucino machine yesterday!

Now I need to learn how to make all my own drinks so when the Hut is closed, I can still get my mocha fix. Any suggestions and/or tips??

No offense that you have such a wonderful machine!

I suggest you make sure to clean out the steam spout after every use or it will end up broken, as Leon can attest.

And buy your own beans and grind them.

This guy will take care of you real good and he has pages you can go to and learn all about coffee too. His coffee is only $9 a pound, including shipping and handling, he ships it right after he roasts it, and he is most willing for you to ask questions and won't put you down for not knowing what you are doing. (I know from experience.)
