Yeah. Denied it at first, but after being pressed by Progressive Radio, "they" came back with a confirmation of the joke (must be on video somewhere, so can't deny it) and kinda made it worse with further comments in the response. I'll plop that here when I find the exact quotes.

Im gonna bring it back...yes there are females that 'rape' men...but come on we all know they are far and between...I decide to go out..low top...mini skirt...therefore im asking for it? get a grip...im choosing as a woman to get dressed up...i hate the fact that if i get dressed up sexily it means that men have the right to fuck me...NO IT DOESNT!!...it means i want to look good...if a guy rapes me when im wearing those clothes i deserve it..no I dont...no matter if im wearing skimpy clothes and 6"heels...that doesnt mean im out looking for sex...it just means i feel good wearing those colthes...no guy has the right to think that some woman deserves getting raped cuz of what they're wearing...the guys that do are sick
