I'd find a huge, beautiful lot of acreage. Woods, creek, hills, with a giant cabinesque mansion. All self-contained, self-sufficient (mostly.) All the vehiculars that one could need (and want) and a state-of-the-art recording studio on the second floor with a massive balcony.

And some other stuff. :-)

Whoa! That is trippy! I have been to a home that looks almost exactly like that! But that place had a bunch of homeschooled kids running about and animal pens on the lawn in front of the house.
