Second tournament started today with three games. It is a 12 and under tournament with three divisions, A, B, and C. Dovey's team is in the B division. Dusti got to pitch the second game, which they won in the third inning by mercy rule at 14 to 1. They won the other two games as well and so tomorrow they don't have to play until the third game of the day! (That means we get to sleep later! \m/)

Dovey's team played five games total in the tourney and won all five! Including one against a team that had beaten them in the previous tournament.
After the game they were given t-shirts with the tournament name and logo on the front and "Champions" on the left sleeve. Then four other families, Dove, and I went out to Chinese buffet for Mother's Day (after a nice phone call from my H).

Dovey's last tournament with this team is this weekend. She'll be playing in Bremerton again, Kares, so come on over and visit your kin (and us!
).
Then, in July she heads up to the border to play a tournament with the All-Stars team she got on!
