Hey, I don't know who that cute little girl is, other than that she's at a plant nursery in Taiwan on the website I used to research the plant.
The plant should be growing indoors if it is what I think it is.
This plant has a gigantic bloom on it that smells like carrion (roadkill) when it is in bloom.
The pic you have is of the spadix with seeds that is left behind after the bloom.

No, it is not a plant that catches bugs, that is Sarracenia, pitcher plant.
This plant's female blossom has an aroma of carrion that is very strong.
Some people vomit when they smell it.

And that is most definitely not me posing with the plant. Ewwww.
