Agreed, except "Stink" isn't hitting the high notes anymore either.

I'd still go see 'em though. It's been FOREVER since they toured, and there's a whole new generation that never got treated to a Police show.

OK so he cant hit the high notes- Ill give you that, so you lower the key of the songs and we chalk it up to old age- The Who have been doing tht on their last couple of tours...not a problem.

so has Geddy, but it doesn't stop me from buying new Rush stuff either.

As for me, I never thought the Police were all that great in the first place. Much like U2, they ride on their political/social views, and their music often times seems secondary.

I prefer to spend my music interest in bands that produce sounds I really want to hear, forget the politics.
