It does exist in the Old Testament too, Soups. At least according to Jesus. He said that by loving G-d and loving man you were fulfilling all the Old Testament laws and prophets. And the OT is the Jewish holy book.

But seriously, I doubt the Washington post made up those quotes. Especially since that publication wants more than anything for it to all be the fault of the U.S.

I cant comment on the media in America but I know that in the UK I dont believe anything they say...one of the reasons I dont buy any publications anymore..

And I know this from first hand...I told one local paper about Cameron the next day 'my story' was in several publications...and oh boy chinese whispers was abound...a simple story (okai not simple to me dont get me wrong) but a simple story was turned into things that never happened and things I never said......when it comes to propaganda god knows what they will say...

I'm with you.

My only point was, the Washington Post has consistantly been an apologist for anyone in the middle east who hates the U.S. So them publishing those quotes from the Saudi school books actually showed some journalistic integrity from them, since it doesn't fit their usual action line.

Yeah. They got them from Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi royal family who makes all the rules over there are pretty extreme, yeah. If you're caught with a bible, it is burned and you're punished, etc.

Those quotes are nothing compared to what the kids in the jihad camps are fed as they're growing up though... being trained to be suicide bombers.

But those are the kook extremists. I certainly do not look on all of the Muslim world as behaving like that. Though it would be nice if more of them would come out and proclaim, "We're not like that! We denounce those people and their actions!"
