Wow. I never expected this thread to get a lot of posts. Neil is one of the most gifted musicians. Guys like him inspire a lot of drummers and when he retires one day, he'll bring out the greatest musicians.

What do you mean, retire..... the boys can NEVER retire.

Dear Neil,

You treat everyone the same way, with joy. ,You, in my oppinion are the best drummer to ever step foot on this earth. There will be no one as great as you Neil,u I mark my words. You have not only inspired me in drumming, but friendship as well. You will always be in my heart no matter what you do or how you act. You have inspired me in so many ways. I have never had so many butterflies because of someone. When you pick up a pair of sticks its like God is opening clouds on a rainy day. You have put your spot in my heart and it will take alot to get you out. I love you man, keep on truckin'. You, my good man, are the reason I wake up everyday and pick up my own pair of sticks. I love you as a drummer and as a friend and always will.
