JT's surgery went well and he was released the next morning. A few days before the surgery he had developed a cough though, so he cried out when he coughed since it hurt the surgery site. :( That was just so pitiful seeing him go through that. He has since gotten over that phase (thankfully). He still is having constipation issues that we hope will soon resolve. Thanks for caring about the boy, you guys are the best.

Glad to hear the surgery went well and that JT is over the cough. :D Nothing worse than coughing when another part of you hurts as well. :(

I'm so glad JT is doing well! He's such an adorable little guy, and of course he's yours, so we have two reasons to love him right there! Thanks for keeping us up to date, NWM! :D

Andy, I am really glad to hear JT is okay. H and I have been wondering and praying. We have his pic in the utility room and it reminds us to pray.

my prayers are always with you, and just think of the story you will have to tell him when he gets older, the little boy who just wouldn't stop fighting :)

Hey gang,

I have been reminded in emails and a post card that I haven't let my friends here know how our little dude JT is doing. I am so sorry about not updating you all. I have been preparing taxes and other time consuming internet activities and I have neglected to post and again I apologize. :(

JT is doing well I am happy to say! He is now 2 ounces short of 12 lbs. and as beautiful as ever. It is such a joy to see his smile and hear him make baby noises. I will make an effort to get back here more often and we really appreciate the concern shown here. As I have said before, you folks are just the best!
