I had the sound off. I assume this is using electrolysis to split the water into hydrogen and oxygen, and then burning the hydrogen in the oxygen using that torch thing they were waving around?
If so, water's not the fuel. The fuel is whatever they're using to generate the electricity.

Well, the did fix the pipes that caused the problem, but I expect they will have some paying to do, that is for sure.
Then again... Victoria, B.C., the capital of British Columbia, dumps raw sewage into the strait on purpose and they don't have any fines even when it shows up on our shores.

you know as un PC as that sign is and as offensive to many people (including DA, sorry buddy) it probably is. I agree 100% with it.
