I'll certainly be sorry to see you go. However, I can understand how you feel as certain disagreements with someone on another Rush forum led me to leave it (mainly because if I stayed I'll be up on the internet charge of GBH).
In the end, its your decision and you have to stay true to yourself. But, its clear that the majority want you to stay so it may be worth reconsidering

It's sad sometimes how some people always seem to feel it as a nessicarity to keep on critisizing on the lifestyles -or things that are important to the others, over and over again. For those who do -or have done this, ain't it about time you bought yourselves a huge mirror and reflect all that you've seen all back on your own for a change ?Posted: Sat Nov 06, 2004 9:35 pm Post subject:

This place has lost that homey feeling for me. There are some great people here but there are others that make it completely unbearable.
I appreciate your replies but I sincerely doubt my mind will be changed.
I hope you treat Chas well if he continues to post here.
I'm sorry Trace -and Chas...I personally have the deepest appreciation and respect for all the desicions you both have made and it's sad to have to see you go. But like I said, among the many decisions that you guys have made sofar already...this again may also be a very wise one to do, if you only have the slightest feeling that it will benefit the both of ye, in any thinkable way. I've said it before and I will say it again, I wish nothing but the best for you both in the future, carry on...and I'm sure of the fact that it will all work out in the end.
If I have to find the right words for you both, to make a proper ending to this posting, it should prolly be the following:
Not too many times I've had the pleasure, to meet two such couragious and honest people, that really went for the things they wanted -and sincerely believed in. It's also known as determination, but most of all guts ! And I am Dutch...therefore I like that, determination and guts !
See you next October at the wedding guys, we'll be in touch Chas and Trace !
Sincerely yours, Tonny

I'm not joking. Some of the things you guys have said have really highlighted what friendship is all about. Nearly ALL of you have never met me, but have offered such kind words it really has got me crying right now. Emotions have run high of late in both Tracy's world and mine. Knowing that there are people who care like this is truly heartwarming. My cynical nature is waning because of people like you. Honestly, people, I cannot thank you enough for what you all have said and implied. It's impossible for you to know to what level it has affected me. Needless to say, my heart is glowing, my eyes are streaming and I like that.
Thanks all, so very, very much. Please excuse me now, I need a tissue.

Take care mate ! I'm behind you guys...whether "they" might like it or not.
I'm wise enough to make my own opinion on this. You know ? some people never learn...only last week they killed a man here ( * public figuere ), just because he spoke his mind and did whatever he felt to do...isn't that what we are free for ?
And whether one starts judging the other with either bullets or words, it's both wrong...and THAT now....is known as immoral...
There is nothing immoral with following your heart and intuitions...
Hang in there Chas !

OK
Tracy and I have done some extremely careful thinking and the bottom line is this.
The BT board has shown that companionship and friendship still exists and there are many people here with beautiful hearts and minds. We love all of you. That feeling of love still very much exists here and we have felt that in some of your recent posts. Unfortunately there is a however.
An element exists here now that makes it uncomfortable and we can not find the fun anymore with that shadow hanging over us. The board is moving in a direction, and we cannot, in good conscience, go in that direction too.
So there it is.
Of course we will remain as members to check PMs from time to time.
Sorry people.

Nope, they aren't Mods. Right? I don't think they are. Jings, it's been way too long.
And yes, Schu, it's been forgotten all about! Well, til I read your post.
I think we handled that pretty damn well and we are all as close as ever. But don't you worry, now that my memory has been refreshed, you know what they say about payback. ![Cool ](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)
