I don't know what happened to you over at CP this week, and I doubt H or Kyle does either, but I don't think either one of them wants you to leave here. They just didn't like the avatar. I know that H really likes you Tracy. Don't give up on Rush boards because some kids don't like an avatar.

Yes, Kyle and H are kids. And they have some different ideas from others on this board as to what is appropriate. But they didn't mean any of it as a personal attack against either of you. Please don't take it as such. They didn't mean to hurt your feelings.

g. i did dodge the threadsm the lost containment, the only problem i have is the avatar, personally, you can all ignore me, but i have aright to my opinion and i , as stated earlier don't really care.
sure a kiss would be innocent enough if you weren't nude, and your avatar is extremely decent.

Ogg, its no secret that i too have alady, and our being together has sported ot long distance as we attend different universities, so i can see its convinience there, but otherwise i reside in the days of old, when the world was greater morally.

Kyle, If this offends you than I don't really care either. If you had a problem with the Avatar, you should have sent either or both a PM and told them. You calling them out in the open is BS and quite frankly I find it offensive and embarrasing to a person I happen to call a friend. It was vey immature for you to start this thread but I guess that is just your age. Hopefully as you go along in life you will learn about things called tact and how to respect people's feelings. I got thrown off a board defending NPG once before, If I get tossed from this one for defending her again I don't really care. You need to lighten up dude and laugh a little. Bill

I don't expect anyone here to know (or care) what happened at CP this week. Suffice it to say, it was us being attacked. Which, despite what you say about what Kyle 'meant', that is exactly how this felt too. So imagine my reaction when I come here, my always 'safe place', and find an attack too? I know Kyle and H didn't know that, but perhaps that explains some of my reactions. So regardless of whether or not they meant to hurt my feelings or attack me, that is precisely how it felt to me.

I was most appalled by H's 'grow up' statement. The sheer irony of a teenager telling me to 'grow up' is beyond the pale. , When I were her age, if my mom would have heard me say such a thing to someone in their mid 30s, she would have let me have it big time. Its a question of respect, she'd say. I happen to agree with her. Just as it is Kyle's opinion that a picture of two people kissing is 'offensive', it is my opinion that some kid telling me to 'grow up' is offensive. Go figure.

And despite the week I've had, 'some kids' will never run me off a message board.
