I know....Rick H wants that 5th in a row by any means necessary, and
when there's a record (that may never be broken) on the line, it doesn't
matter who Rick has to throw under the bus to get it.
(Read: Dale Jr. and Mark Martin)
I just hope that Harvick spoils the party, and we don't see Hamlin win it in
a 'yota. That's just not right.

You and me both. JB (and Denny) are my homeboys. And yes, it seems as if it's etched
in stone that JJ will win 5 in a row, unless another Chase driver takes him
out.
That's not out of the realm of possibility either - considering most of the
wrecks in the Chase have been caused by
Chase drivers.

Smoke wins, yet Jimmie Johnson gains an even bigger points lead.
NASCAR is rigged worse than a 1950's TV gameshow.....

Yep, Na$car is the new WWE.
And Rick H. couldn't even give Junior a Knaus-built car to drive on his
birthday. What a jerk.

Richard Petty's organization...about to go under???? Wow is all I can say.
(Yes, the story caught my eye. Haven't watched a race since before the chase and plan on keeping it that way)

True. I also read where Kahne was FIRED....after he QUIT. lol
If anybody thinks that Red Bull is going to go all-in on a driver and crew
chief that's only going to be there a year, they're going to be VERY
disappointed in Kasey's run next year, too. Hell, they'll be lucky if Red
Bull Racing gives them keys to the shop, much less their team data.
And then - if that's ^^^ not brutal enough - when he gets to HMS in 2012,
the misery will continue - as KK inherits the famously "fluid" #5 Chevy
team, and becomes HMS's newest R&D parts testing driver for
Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon along with Dale Jr.

"I QUIT"
"YOU CAN'T QUIT"
"WHY NOT?"
"BECAUSE YOU'RE FIRED!"

Martin yes....Shrub....not so much.
Besides, what happened after they both WON RACES?
Rick yanked their leash and sent them over to "Mediocre Street" - Just like
Dale Jr.
(Remember that Dale Jr. came out of the gate smokin' at HMS too - before
they put HIM back on the "R&D" #25 Team. Did Chad Knaus whine that
Junior was winning too much in his first few races at HMS? We may
never know.)
Rick doesn't want ANYTHING coming between him and Jeff or Jimmie's 5th Cup.
Just my take on it.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Rick H. for throwing Junior a bone
at Martinsville, and giving Junior Nation a reason to cheer again. It's
about time.
And if KK thought RPM was bad - wait until he's at HMS! As long as Jeff
and Jimmie are there, anybody else will be on the #5 and 25/88 "B"
teams - logging laps and testing parts.
But don't worry - Rick may give you a car (and crew) to win
one or two along the way.

Not to be a dick Sigs cuz ya know I love ya bro BUT.. maybe its not the equipment. Maybe Gordon and Johnson just are really that good and that JR Nation just thinks Jr is all that because of who his daddy was.. Personally I like Jr.. he races hard and he is one of the good guys in Nascar. Same thing with Kyle Petty.. great guy but very mediorce on the track.. and both their fathers are legends.. just a thought..
